New Patients at Total Integrative Health
Welcome to our practice! We look forward to helping you get on the path to optimal health and wellness. Before making your first appointment, we will review the financial aspects of your care. If you’re ready to schedule an appointment, we will have you complete some forms. Please dress comfortably for your appointment.
The First Appointment
The initial functional; medicine visit takes 60-90 minutes.
The doctor will go over the thorough history you completed prior to the meeting. You will then discuss your concerns and goals. The doctor will determine if additional testing and physical examination will be needed.
The initial acupuncture visit takes 60 minutes.
The initial osteopathic manipulation treatment takes 60 minutes.
We accept all credit cards, except for American Express. You will be provided a receipt for your visit.
Total Integrative Health physicians will note be providing primary care services. Patients will be required to have a primary care physician. This practice does NOT accept any insurance. Not accepting insurance allows our physicians to spend the time that is needed to take care of our patients.
Ongoing Appointments
Subsequent visits will be in 15-minute increments, either 15-, 30- or 60-minute appointments. Phone and virtual appointments are available upon request.
Please NOTE: Effective Immediately
To make a new patient appointment you will need to make a deposit in order to make a new patient appointment. The amount will vary depending on the type of the visit.
For Cancellations:
The deposit will be refunded if you cancel the appointment within 5 business days; however, there will be a $25 processing fee.
- Monday appointment: Will need to cancel, the Tuesday before
- Tuesday appointment: Will need to cancel, the Wednesday before
- Wednesday appointment: Will need to cancel, the Thursday before
- Thursday appointment: Will need to cancel, the Friday before
The deposit will transfer if you reschedule within 5 business days.
